This will be an exciting time to join our People team as a HR Administrator where you will be exposed to all aspects of HR as we merge the various Irish companies and set up a dedicated People Department.

In this role, reporting directly to our People, Culture & Talent Manager, you will provide a people centric approach assisting the business in delivering its culture and people agenda, making an impact across all areas of the business. Building relationships with key stakeholders will be an important part of your role to ensure both managers and employees feel fully supported.

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 39 hours per week based at our office in Kells, Co. Meath. There will be some travel required when applicable.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

– Managing HR administration support for the full employee life cycle including, onboarding, reference and right to work checks through to leaver processing and exit interviews.
– Ensuring the Learning Management System is updated with new and amended policies.
– Complete and process all change letters including addendums, change of hours and change to terms.
– Maintaining staff files and ensuring consistency and best practice approach to employee data.
– Managing sickness and holiday requests.
– Collating payroll data from timesheets.
– Updating pensions platform.
– Working with managers to identify and arrange training and updating training records accordingly
– Typing up minutes from various meeting e.g. disciplinary, appraisals.
– Administrative support for all other HR activities including performance appraisal, 30/60/90-day reviews & probation reviews.
– Assisting the People Team with culture, employee engagement activities & initiatives.

About you:

– A passionate people person who is ready to hit the ground running
– A qualification in HR management would be desirable or willingness to work towards achieving
– Experience in a similar role
– Sound knowledge of using Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel
– A growth mindset and the ability to apply initiative to help us keep improving
– Able to listen with respect and empathy with colleagues demonstrating care about their wellbeing
– Ability to work unsupervised with a highly organised approach to workload
